Chris Shonting has been a professional photographer since the mid 2000’s. Based in New York City, his focus has been on youth culture, music and celebrity photography. Chris has shot all over the United States as well as being commissioned to shoot in Sweden, Japan, the UK, Mexico, the UAE, and Germany. In the past ten years he has also taken on directing commercial spots as well as music videos. Occasionally Chris writes for magazines. He is a father to a boy named Axel and partner to a lovely woman named Anna. Chris also has a dog named BBQ.
